Three chapters. One lesson.

Dentist

Over a decade as a dentist, most of it within a large multi-site group, seeing first-hand how duplicated data and disconnected systems cost time, money and patience. Then I chose a different path.

Founder

I built an AI platform for dental groups from concept to production, with my own money, in a highly regulated field. I built it properly. I built it in the wrong order, and I closed it. Right things, wrong order: the hardest lesson of my career, and the most useful.

Transformation lead

Today I lead business process and AI adoption across a large multi-site public sector organisation, mapping and redesigning workflows so AI can be embedded safely, with clear governance and a measurable return. I also host The TechDental Podcast, candid conversations on making AI work in dental businesses.
